The position requires strong analytical skills, ability to read engineering drawings, and experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS or Calypso. Opportunities exist across Blue Origin facilities in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; CMM certification preferred.
• Experience using CMM equipment and programming in PC-DMIS or Calypso.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply tolerances precisely.
• Strong problem solving and data documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMMs to inspect parts per drawings and specs.
• Interpret blueprints and perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Record inspection data and prepare accurate reports.
• Identify defects and communicate issues to manufacturing and quality teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation and contribute to quality improvements.
• Support inspection optimization projects and work both independently and in a team.
