Rio Staffing LLC is seeking an Aerospace Sales Manager for cabin interiors to drive sales of aircraft cabin interior parts and related services across Boeing and Airbus fleets. The role emphasizes active networking with airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs, and distributors to secure new business.

Responsibilities include pricing development, RFP responses, and post-quote follow-ups. Strong communication skills and existing airline contacts are highly preferred to build rapport and deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Proven ability to network, cold call, and negotiate in B2B sales.
• Exposure to aerospace or complex equipment sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new accounts including airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs, and brokers.
• Respond to RFPs with detailed proposals and timely follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Negotiate terms and develop end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Monitor industry trends and customer fleets to uncover opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and trade shows, mainly in North America.
