In this strategic role, you will help expand the adoption of integrated cabin solutions, including cabin interiors, seat refurbishment, LED lighting, and IFE repair. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for North America targeting airlines, MROs, and related aviation customers.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Introduce comprehensive cabin-solution offerings beyond traditional legacy products.
- Promote bundled retrofit and maintenance solutions to increase customer adoption.
- Develop account strategies that convert initial transactions into repeat and long-term business.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to improve product and service alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer engagement and develop tailored solutions.
- Contribute to commercial development through pricing strategies, market analysis, and business planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout North America.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation sales, commercial development, business development, or strategic sales.
- Proven experience selling to commercial aviation customers, including airlines, MROs, lessors, or OEM-related organizations.
- Experience with cabin interiors, aircraft seating, retrofit programs, aftermarket support, aircraft lighting, or IFE is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and closing complex B2B aviation sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a growing, entrepreneurial environment with evolving structures and priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States and Canada.
