Zusammenfassung

Western Aircraft Inc. is seeking an Interior Sales Manager to drive sales of interior refurbishment and modification projects for business and Special Mission aircraft.

You will lead proposal design, cost estimates, and quotes, and build relationships with OEMs and vendors to maximize profitability. Based in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones, near a major airport, you will coordinate with the MRO sales team and customers, travel as needed, and ensure quotes meet customer needs while supporting

Qualifikationen

• Five years’ experience in interior completions for corporate or VIP customers.
• Three years leadership experience in an interior or completion shop.
• Thorough knowledge of aircraft interior completion, production and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with industry vendors, regulations and current procedures for interiors.
• Ability to read, understand and utilize blueprints.
• Experience with interior install, including removing and replacing components.
• Strong customer service skills and executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with clients on Interior Program design projects and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with MRO Sales to identify and close interior business opportunities.
• Generate proposals and quotes for refurbishment and modification projects.
• Assemble SOWs and cost/price parts, labor, and services.
• Maintain pricing data and reference materials for interior goods.
• Produce proposal summaries and coordinate quote approval.
• Develop OEM/vendor relationships to maximize profitability.
• Upsell products and services and maintain Salesforce.com data.
• Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team.
