Johnson Service Group, Inc. in Van Nuys, CA is seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Representative with a strong aerospace background to cultivate relationships with Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers and OEMs, expand market presence, and promote grinding, precision machining, and aerospace fittings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of aerospace sales and business development experience, ITAR compliance, and established networks with major OEMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of business development and sales experience in the aerospace industry.
• ITAR compliance required with documentation
• Established relationships with Tier 1 or Tier 2 aerospace customers (e.g., Boeing, Airbus, Eaton, Parker, Safran, Collins)
• Familiarity with precision grinding, machining, and aerospace fittings (double-ferrule, swaged, beam-seal)
• Strong CRM, negotiation, communication and business development skills
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing aerospace customers while identifying new business opportunities and markets.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand customer accounts and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 aerospace customers and OEMs.
• Promote grinding, precision machining, and aerospace fittings capabilities.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams on solutions.
• Support sales growth while ensuring ITAR compliance.
