Responsibilities

• Perform pre-coating operations from instructions; surface prep and masking.
• Perform post coating tasks: removing parts from fixtures and masking; troubleshoot equipment.
• Repair coating equipment; deburring, blending, polishing, grinding, drilling, grit blast as needed.
• Use measuring tools to verify parts meet visual and dimensional requirements.
• Support engineers in developing new/changed operations and improving processes.
