Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for an onsite weekend shift in Wells, ME. You will assemble and/or disassemble gas turbine engine modules, follow precise work instructions, and maintain build records for compliance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, on-the-job training with state-of-the-art technology, and a strong benefits package. Requires a high school diploma or GED with related experience and solid English, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0-1+ years related experience, or a post-secondary/ vocational credential in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies, and accessories.
• Follow work instructions, specs, drawings, and work orders to ensure compliance.
• Properly complete build records and required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Weekend onsite shift: Fri-Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm (3x12).
