Job summary

RTX is seeking a Bench Mechanic for second shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm–1:30am) at our US facility. You will perform pre-coating operations, surface preparation, masking, and post-coating tasks while ensuring parts meet quality standards using various measuring tools.

The role requires 0-1 years of related experience or a completed degree/certificate and a High School diploma or GED. Flexibility for overtime and shift changes is expected, with opportunities for skill development and advancement.

• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-coating operations from verbal, written, or computer-generated instructions.
• Carry out surface preparation and masking duties.
• Perform post coating tasks: remove parts from fixtures and masking, troubleshoot equipment.
