Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑coating operations and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct deburring, blending, polishing, grinding, and drilling on aerospace components.
• Execute Total Preventive Maintenance on applicable machines.

Skills

Experience with metal finishing methods

Experience with computerized machine operation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
