Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Wells, Maine, is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:30pm–1:30am). You will build and disassemble turbine engine modules following exact instructions to ensure quality.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1+ years of related experience. The role offers a competitive hourly salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience or a completed degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and/or disassemble a variety of new technology production gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies and accessories.
• Follow specified work instructions including assembly floor specifications, computer generated work instructions, assembly drawings and work orders to assure compliance with requirements.
• Properly complete all necessary build records and other required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as well as any other duties deemed necessary by supervision.
• This is an amazing opportunity as a Bench Assembly Cell Operator on 2nd shift. Monday-Thursday 3:30pm to 1:30am.
