Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for 2nd shift in North Berwick, ME. You will assemble or disassemble gas turbine engine modules and accessories, following precise instructions, recording build data and ensuring quality across complex components.

You should have a high school diploma and 1+ years of related experience or a relevant certificate, with strong English reading/writing, teamwork and adaptability to shift demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related experience or a post-secondary certificate.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and technical data.
• Flexible to perform multiple assembly functions and shifts.
• Must read, write and understand English; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build or disassemble production gas turbine engine modules and subassemblies.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and orders to ensure compliance.
• Complete build records and documentation accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
• May train for and maintain licenses and travel as needed.
