Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks candidates for an onsite 2nd shift opportunity. This role is for individuals with little or no machining or assembly experience and will provide training to become a Certified Operator. You will perform routine assembly operations and collaborate with engineers and quality assurance to ensure parts meet specifications.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $18.30-$34.40 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• You must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred candidates have 1+ years of manufacturing or automotive experience.
• Candidates should be able to perform computations with decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly operations on engine designs.
• Verify conformance of work to specifications.
• Work collaboratively to resolve assembly problems.
