Omni Aerospace is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new opportunities in the aerospace and aviation sector, leveraging core capabilities in machining, electrical assembly, and distribution solutions.

The role focuses on building new client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and negotiating profitable agreements while supporting marketing initiatives and market diversification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Business Development or Program Management with aviation industry experience.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Customer oriented with active listening and strong communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to promote and sell Omni Aerospace products and distribution solutions to the aerospace industry.
• Develop relationships with new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and technical or other key personnel.
• Conduct market research to identify promising business development opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize client agreements to ensure profitable partnerships.
• Lead development of parts sales strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support product marketing efforts and maintain flexibility to handle additional duties.
