Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a Director of Business Development in Oxnard, CA for an in-person leadership role in Aerospace. You will drive growth across core and adjacent markets, shape strategic plans, and mentor senior managers while coordinating with the VP on forecasts and major contracts.

You'll build executive relationships with OEMs and technology customers, pursue multi-year opportunities, and align field teams with corporate initiatives through market intelligence and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in aerospace OEM/aftermarket BD with 3–5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven success in strategic planning, key account management, and high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive multi-year growth in aerospace and adjacent markets.
• Build high-level relationships with OEMs and major customers; lead negotiations for significant contracts.
• Identify new product and market opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Provide leadership to teams; mentor staff in forecasting and proposal development.
• Oversee multi-year orders and sales forecasts to support planning and objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts on pricing strategies.
