Job summary

GuideTech LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development in the United States to drive commercial growth across engineering services, software, avionics, and autonomous aerospace products. You will own the full BD lifecycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation and long-term growth—with direct reporting to the President and collaboration across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or revenue generation.
• Experience selling technical products or services in aerospace/defense.
• Ability to manage complex sales from outreach to contract award.

• Lead opportunities from engagement to contract award.
