Job summary

Aviation Technical Services seeks a Business Development Director to lead strategic and operational sales and marketing for the assigned Business Unit. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 10 years of related experience, including supervisory duties. Travel is required as part of engaging key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field including supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and achieve revenue budgets for assigned Business Unit sites and report on performance.
• Lead capability rationalization and new product development strategy with other Directors.
• Support direct sales of unassigned customers and set targets for accounts.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external customer leadership.
• Leverage ATS CRM to track relationships, performance, and pipelines.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies and pricing for the unit.
• Lead regular account meetings and drive long-term growth.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, and payment terms for unit programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with other departments.
• Travel as required.
