Job summary

This full‑time, exempt role focuses on delivering reliable production methods, leading continuous improvements, and ensuring quality across vendors, assembly, and integration, with hands‑on testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace or avionics.
• Experience designing vibration test fixtures.
• Experience designing thermal heat sinks and thermal vacuum fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of avionics components.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for avionics systems.
• Create detailed manufacturing plans and work instructions.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely part delivery and qualification.
• Hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of avionics systems.
