This full‑time, exempt position will lead second shift electronics assembly teams, drive quality, and ensure IPC J‑STD‑001 compliance. The role requires leadership experience and a background in aerospace/defense manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in a technical field, with a background in electronics or electro‑mechanical assembly manufacturing, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with ability to guide and manage production teams.
• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate second shift electronics assembly work, ensuring continuity from first shift.
• Lead, mentor, and model safety culture and quality‑first mindset on the production floor.
• Train new team members in electronics assembly techniques and IPC J‑STD‑001 requirements.
• Support technicians in soldering, PCB assembly, electro‑mechanical integration, and related tasks.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes for cycle time, yield, quality and cost.
