Job summary

1 Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an Aeromedical Case Manager Lead to provide on-site administrative and technical case management support for HQ AFRC Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division. This position serves as the SME, on-site focal point, and task lead, coordinating with Reserve Medical Units, providers, and government personnel to facilitate timely adjudication of medical cases.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Air Force medical readiness programs and waiver processing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• HIPAA and Privacy Act compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Lead and primary point of contact for daily operations.
• Coordinate workload distribution to ensure timely completion of case management activities.
• Monitor team productivity and performance metrics.
• Assist program management with staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, and leadership briefings.
• Ensure compliance with Air Force instructions and contract requirements.
• Review and process aeromedical case files for aviation and non-aviation personnel.
• Coordinate with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, MAJCOMs, and HQ Air Force personnel.
