Job summary

1 Health Solutions, LLC seeks an Aeromedical Case Manager Lead at HQ AFRC Aerospace and Operational Medicine to oversee on-site personnel, manage case reviews, and ensure medical readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role serves as SME, liaison between RMUs, providers, MTFs, and service members, and leads daily operations, workload planning, reporting, and policy updates to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in a relevant health field.
• Six years of directly related military or civilian experience.
• Experience with Air Force medical readiness programs and waiver processing.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload distribution to ensure timely completion of case management activities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Support Government meetings with status updates and recommendations.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Review and process aeromedical case files for flying and non-flying personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, and MICT systems.
