Job summary

Essential Healthcare Solutions supports Unified Health Partners in providing aeromedical case management for HQ AFRC at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA, on-site. The role focuses on preparing cases for provider adjudication, compiling final dispositions, and handling member mail-outs and inquiries from medical personnel across the force.

You will be cross-trained across all team functions and rotate to cover intake and data entry during surge, using AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, and MEDXS, among others, to

Qualifications

• Experience processing and managing medical case files in a military or equivalent environment.
• Working knowledge of medical standards for retention, flying classes, LOD determinations, and related guides.
• Basic medical terminology and ICD-10 coding for documenting cases.
• Strong written and oral communication; capable of translating complex instructions for service members.

Responsibilities

• Confirm data completeness for HQ AFRC provider adjudication and ensure statements match requirements.
• Apply medical guidelines and obtain opinions from medical personnel as needed.
• Compile data for final disposition and member mail-out actions (~702 per month).
• Provide day-to-day support to medical personnel across 69 units and 3 numbered Air Forces; respond within 2 days.
• Communicate with colleagues and leadership to resolve conflicts and support operations.
• Screen and route correspondence; expedite items needing government attention.
• Assist with LOD determinations and RILO dispositions where applicable.
• Cross-cover intake, data entry, and system updates (AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS).
