Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Six years of Air Force Aerospace Medicine, Aeromedical Case Management, or related experience.
• Experience with Air Force readiness programs and Aeromedical waiver processing.
• Familiarity with AIMWTS, PEPP, ECT, MEDXS, MICT, and JLV preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Professional judgment and discretion handling sensitive medical data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Lead and primary point of contact for daily operations.
• Coordinate workload to ensure timely case management activities.
• Monitor team productivity and performance metrics.
• Provide status updates and recommendations in Government meetings.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Air Force standards.
• Review and process aeromedical case files for flying and non-flying personnel.
• Coordinate with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, MAJCOMs, and AF personnel on case requirements.
• Maintain documentation in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, and MICT.
