Job summary

French Consulting seeks Medical Case Managers to process aeromedical and medical cases for the Aerospace and Operational Medicine Division at HQ Air Force Reserve Command, Robins AFB, Georgia. You'll review files, adjudicate, and keep reserve units informed throughout the process.

Roles include full-time or part-time Co-Work options with PTOC partners, potential expansion to 40 hours, and collaboration with multiple military commands and facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in case-management/adjudication in military or civilian medical-standards environments.
• Knowledge of medical standards for retention, flying classes, and LOI determinations.
• Familiarity with AIMWTS, PEPP, and corresponding systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Update case status in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, and other systems as cases change.
• Provide written instructions to reserve units on documentation gaps.
• Apply medical guidelines to adjudicate cases and obtain opinions when needed.
• Coordinate with commands and facilities on reserve medical issues.
• Ensure data completeness before provider adjudication submission.
• Load cases into electronic systems and manage front- and back-end processes.
• Track cases through the review process and keep units informed.
• Coordinate scheduling of evaluations through Aeromedical Service and facilities.
• Review, schedule, and certify acc/retention/flying waivers in systems.
• Compile data for final disposition and mail results to the member.
• Some roles may be part-time up to 20 hrs/week with PTOC options and potential scaling to 40 hrs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, health administration, or a related field
