Job summary

Essential Healthcare Solutions supports United Health Partners in processing high-volume aeromedical cases for HQ AFRC with a focus on intake, data entry, and keeping systems of record accurate and current. You will receive, track, and review medical data so providers have complete documentation for waiver decisions and ensure every case action is loaded in the correct system.

Qualifications

• Domain experience processing medical data in military or equivalent environment.
• Regulatory knowledge of USAF medical standards and related processes.
• Medical terminology proficiency and ICD-10 coding knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of translating instructions for service members.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office; accurate data entry across systems.
• Independent work with strong time-management and prioritization; excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and data integrity across high-volume data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and review incoming medical data for provider adjudication.
• Load cases into electronic systems and update status across AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, and PSC.
• Complete technician-level inputs for front-end and back-end case management.
• Provide instructions to reserve medical units on cases needing more information.
• Review cases from RMUs, ACS, and RS ensuring data completeness with results.
• Track cases through review process; inform leadership of status.
• Coordinate evaluations using ACS, MTF, or civilian resources.
• Cross-cover adjudication support, final disposition, and unit/customer support as needed.
