YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for Merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience alongside the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring standards are met across all store areas.
• Merchandising Innovation: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork: Support the team in understanding and maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
• People Focus: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Ensure store safety, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
