YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always maintains AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always guest-ready through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty: Drive effective Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas are properly executed to standards.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be proactive in identifying opportunities and collaborating with leadership.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in helping the team understand and maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity guides you: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reducing strategies.

• Retail merchandising and visual skills, with prior retail experience
