YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a collaborative spirit to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be proactive in identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
• Adopt a teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience within your merchandising team. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
