YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your specialty! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Maintain a teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition and celebration of wins within your team.
• Integrity: Uphold store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
