YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise involves executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support creating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, spotting opportunities and collaborating with leadership.
• Teamwork mentality: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining brand standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Uphold store safety, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reducing strategies.
