YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards, in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping your store #fresh.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience for the merchandising team, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity matters: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
