Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. You will work with a team of medical professionals and ensure aircraft readiness and safety in line with FARs and company procedures.

The full-time package includes a salary range of 106,511 to 117,162 USD with a 20% geographic modifier, a 15,000 sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, on-duty housing, and a 7/7 schedule. Minimum flight-hour and certification requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating and FAA Class II Medical.
• 2,000 total flight hours; 1,500 helicopter hours; 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 100 helicopter night flight hours (aided or unaided).
• 230 lb weight limit including flight gear.
• Preferred B206 aircraft experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with a medical team to transport patients safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch with manuals, FARs and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot/team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
