Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to join the DDG 51 Combat Systems Integration Team in the Washington, D.C. area. You will lead TEMP development, test strategy formulation, and funding planning for each phase while coordinating with PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, and NAVSEA centers.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and 8 years of AEGIS experience. Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative pathways considered with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship are required.
• Bachelor's in engineering or related field preferred; alternatives accepted with experience.
• 8+ years of AEGIS experience and related naval systems knowledge.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and technical discussions on SPY capabilities for AEGIS baselines.
• Coordinate across multiple orgs (PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, NAVSEA) for T&E strategies.
• Direct the Test & Evaluation program execution for DDG 51 Flight III.
• Review test plans, budgets, and program documents; advise on ORD/CDD and TEMP.
• Develop and present executive level findings and recommendations.
