Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Account Executive - AEC to join our Irving, TX team on-site. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning solutions with customer needs and objectives.

The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of meeting sales quotas and delivering client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
