Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Account Executive - AEC to join our Houston team. This on-site role focuses on managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering client-focused solutions in the engineering software space.

The position offers a base 80k-90k with total earnings potential of $230k+ OTE, a collaborative culture, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow with industry-leading AEC technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Account Executive or similar sales experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
• Proven proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and sponsors.
• Ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for growth.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and sales results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with high severity requests or escalations as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
