Job summary

LightTable, Inc. seeks an AEC Product Lead to guide the roadmap for the architecture, engineering and construction domain. You will define what to build, how to measure success, and work with AI engineers to ensure the product reflects real project workflows.

You will visit live projects, translate field insights into software capabilities, and shape how customers adopt the product across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the AEC side of the roadmap and decide problems to solve.
• Turn AEC practice into software designs and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and test against project documents.
• Expand what the product understands across new document types and stakeholders.
• Go to the field to observe live project environments and gather input.
• Run the feedback loop with stakeholders and close gaps with documentation.
• Own output quality by defining right, wrong, and missing outputs.
• Equip Go-to-Market with roadmap context and training for sales.
• Shape the industry conversation with customers and partners.
