Job summary

Techno Consult Engineering, PC is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive growth across transportation, water, facilities and public infrastructure markets. This role suits a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, crafts compelling content, and aligns messaging to win work.

You will coordinate proposals, collaborate with technical staff, maintain marketing resources, write and edit content, support capture planning, and mentor junior team members while improving

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support experience.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals and qualifications for public and private sector clients.
• Familiarity with New York and New Jersey procurement processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop client-focused proposal content.
• Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, qualifications, and BD materials.
• Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Support capture planning by developing strategic messaging, differentiators, and visual concepts.
• Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and business development initiatives.
• Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media communications.
• Ensure materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve proposal and marketing processes.
