Job summary

eda consultants inc. seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support proposal production, marketing collateral, and our digital presence. This full-time role offers growth in the AEC industry and works with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will coordinate RFPs/RFQs, write project narratives, manage content calendars, and assist with events and business development, while maintaining brand standards and high-quality client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in AEC, construction, or professional services.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign), Microsoft Office, and WordPress/Elementor.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Coordination: Assist in end-to-end production of RFPs and RFQs, including content gathering, drafting, layout, and proofreading.
• Content Creation: Write and edit project descriptions, resumes, firm profiles, boilerplate text, and submittals.
• Digital Media Management: Maintain the company website and schedule content for social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Marketing Asset Management: Organize digital asset library and develop brand standards.
• Event & Interview Support: Prepare presentation materials for client/project interviews and assist with industry events.
• Business Development: Participate in industry organizations and business groups (Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
• Recruiting: Develop materials to promote the company to potential employees and participate in career fairs.
