Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team.

You will coordinate pursuit processes, prepare winning proposals, LOIs, qualifications, and presentations; produce marketing collateral; and support business-development goals across sectors with leaders and staff. The ideal candidate has a passion for the AEC industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and a client-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a proposal specialist/coordinator, AEC experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in kick-off meetings, proposal task scheduling, review, production, and delivery activities.
• Follow through with assigned proposal tasks to meet critical deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal and external points of contact to gather requested information and materials.
• Track proposal efforts and ensure scheduled milestones are met.
• Assist in writing marketing and technical content.
• Proofread to ensure continuity and compliance with legal, technical, and marketing specifications.
• Support presentation efforts including presentation development, rehearsals, materials, and logistics.
• Maintain and populate detailed data in GAI’s Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Provides assistance of marketing activities to support pursuit, client, and business plan objectives.
• Assist in carrying out other programs and projects as identified.
