Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Administrator in Seattle to support multiple client projects, ensuring timely reporting, organized records, and coordinated communication among teams.

You will work under Program and Account Managers to monitor budgets, schedules and project progress, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and keeping sensitive information confidential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; AEC industry experience preferred.
• Smartsheet experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates project reporting and coordination.
• Tracks budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Supports filing, archiving and document control.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive matters.
