Job summary

MG2 is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Data Centers to drive projects from design through construction in our Client Programs Market. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedule, budget, and quality, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple US offices including Seattle.

The role emphasizes contract management, design delivery, and construction administration, with a focus on data center projects and collaboration across MG2 standards for design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensing as a professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases to meet contract, schedule and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before execution of deliverables.
• Create milestone schedules and staffing workplans.
• Develop comprehensive Project Charters with QA/QC plan.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status and perform intermediate reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Oversee Construction Administration and site activities.
• Conduct project debriefs and close-out procedures.
