Job summary

KLH Engineers is seeking a Project Manager to represent the firm in client communications from the initial efforts through design, construction and post follow-up. You will lead the design team, define roles, schedules and quality controls while monitoring client satisfaction, AR and profitability.

The role requires coordinating with senior management and studio directors, evaluating performance, and ensuring timely project delivery with appropriate documentation. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience and 3 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.S) from a four-year university or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent KLH Engineers in client communications from initial project efforts through design, construction, and follow-up.
• Manage the design team to perform design of the project including communication of design roles, schedule and quality control.
• Monitor client satisfaction, accounts receivable and profitability.
• Report the status of project and team performance to the team and Team Leader.
• Occasional travel based on project and/or team needs.
