Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Junior Project Manager to join the Client Programs Market team in Seattle, WA. You will lead the development and execution of architectural construction documents and coordinate with consultants through all design phases.

The role focuses on project leadership, QA/QC, construction administration, and close‑out, with responsibilities across coordination, documentation standards, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software like Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents and varied project types.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work aligns with contract, design intent, and MG2 quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external consultants on design integration.
• Coordinate submittals, RFI, and site‑specific administration and close‑out activities.
• Produce reports, maintain logs, and support project teams with administrative tasks.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables and consultant documents.
• Assist with site visits, field reports, and responses to submittals.
