Job summary

MG2 Design, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager to join the Client Programs Market in Seattle, WA. You will lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, focusing on contract management, scheduling, and client relationships to ensure quality and on-time performance.

This role requires 8+ years in architecture or design, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools to manage complex programs and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensure as a registered architect preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all project delivery phases.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive project charters and QA/QC plans.
• Support project proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor project finances and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Oversee construction administration activities and site reviews.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings and debriefs.
