Job summary

Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our California team. In this hybrid full-time role, you'll support proposals, branding, and pursuit strategy across California and the Mountain West.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with marketing coordinators, business development, and technical teams to turn technical information into compelling content. Requires 2+ years in AEC marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing or proposal coordination in the AEC industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; attention to detail.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and subconsultant responses.
• Support pursuit strategy, interview preparation, and presentation development.
• Maintain proposal schedules, coordinate team input, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create marketing collateral, resumes, project sheets, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop internal and external communications, including newsletters, updates, and company news.
• Help identify storytelling opportunities that showcase our people, projects, and culture.
