Job summary

DGA is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our San Diego office and lead proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for the San Diego and Orange County offices. You will be part of the firm-wide marketing team, developing high-quality marketing materials and communications.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, strong writing and graphics skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Strong writing and graphic design skills are required.
• Familiarity with proposals, RFPs, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project pursuit process from inception through presentation.
• Develop and produce proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for San Diego and Orange County offices.
• Create high quality marketing materials and social media content.
