Job summary

This role partners with leadership to craft compelling proposals and presentations for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AEC marketing and a strong ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions.
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 3+ years of communications experience in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Energize Pankow’s brand and maintain consistent messaging across external and internal audiences.
• Oversee development and maintenance of all brand marketing efforts and collateral.
• Support proposals, interview strategy, and presentation preparation with project teams.
• Coordinate external marketing resources (coaching, photography, graphics, writing) and ensure on-brand deliverables.
• Develop content for newsletters, brochures, e-mails and other materials.
• Collaborate with the Culture and Communications team to ensure a single voice across communications.
