Qualifications

• Understanding of the complexity at the intersection of poverty, homelessness, mental illness, substance use and recovery.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Computer-literate with accurate data entry.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful and complex situations.
• Able to work as part of a team to accomplish shared goals.
• Pre-employment background check, driving record, and UA.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the mission, vision, and values of City Care.
• Develop a network of collaborative partners and community resources.
• Encourage guests to receive services that support housing stability.
• Participate in a team culture of hospitality, confidentiality, teamwork, and safety.
• Assist guests in daily check-ins and check-outs.
• Monitor storage areas and organize monthly cleanouts.
• Manage inventory and proper storage of program supplies.
