Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking an Advisor Sales Manager to inspire, coach, and elevate a team of financial representatives. You’ll deliver hands-on training, strategic guidance, and unwavering support to drive success and talent development.

This full-time, onsite Kansas role requires up to 65% local travel. You’ll recruit and train reps and partner with internal teams to hit revenue and customer-experience goals.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License.
• 3-5 years field experience selling needs-based insurance and financial products.
• FINRA registrations: SIE and Series 6/7 (within 6 months); Series 63 (if applicable); Series 65/66 (within 6 months); Series 24/26 (within 18 months).
