Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking an Advisor Sales Manager to inspire, coach, and elevate a team of financial representatives in Denver.

You will deliver hands-on training, strategic guidance, and ongoing support to accelerate careers, enhance client outcomes, and drive revenue. The role requires 3–5 years of field experience selling life and financial products, active Life & Health license, and FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales experience in life/financial products.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 65%.
• FINRA registrations: SIE & Series 6/7 (within 6 months)
• Series 63 (if applicable)
• Series 65/66 (within 6 months)
• Series 24/26 (within 18 months)
• Ability to work at our office located in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop new financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, and marketing.
• Provide ongoing professional development, including weekly skill-building sessions, activity management, and field training.
• Lead by example in the community, representing Mutual of Omaha with integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue, growth, and customer experience goals.
