Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License required
• 3–5 years field experience selling needs-based insurance and financial products
• FINRA registrations: SIE and Series 6/7 within 6 months of hire, Series 63 if applicable, Series 65/66 within 6 months, Series 24/26 within 18 months
• Willingness to travel up to 65%
• Ability to work at home office located in Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop new financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, and marketing
• Provide ongoing professional development, including weekly skill-building sessions, activity management, and field training
• Lead by example in the community, representing Mutual of Omaha with integrity and professionalism
